2017년까지 유지하고 있던 삼성 TV의 리모컨 4방향키에 대한 문제를 발견하고 해결한 과정과 결과입니다. 사업부 내에서 공감대가 이뤄지지 않고 있던 문제의 발견 및 정의, 리서치, 실험 설계, 실험, 스펙 도출의 과정을 통한 실험 결과로 2018년부터 전 양산 라인업에 적용되었습니다.

This is the process and result of finding and solving the problem of Samsung TV's four-way remote control key that was maintained until 2017. The entire process of discovery and definition of problems that had not been shared within the division, research and experimental design, UT design, experiment, and specification had to be done alone. As a result, the division was persuaded to mass-produce in 2018 and applied to the entire lineup.
